system, a 65-mile water way with 163 miles of shoreline, that encompasses a dozen lakes and five rivers (For maps,
visit Michigan Interactive).For the fisherman, virtually every North American game fish is found within the Chain
of Lakes in both size and abundance. Fly-fishing, canoeing, & kayaking adventures are unsurpassed anywhere
in the lower peninsula of Michigan on world famous streams that include the Jordan, Boardman, Manistee, and AuSable
rivers. The 'Big Lake', Lake Michigan is a 20 minute drive and opens up unlimited sport fishing opportunities for
steelhead, Coho, brown trout, and the much sought after "King" Chinook salmon.
